Step Two

 
  • Tests the relevance and effectiveness of your HR solution in the context of your company's vision, strategic goals and cultural norms . Our expert consultants work with key individuals, within the Board, and/or Executive Team to understand/agree the company's key business drivers - internal and external
  • Additional assessments are made in connection with the existing HR capabilities within your organisation
  • A bespoke solution, carried out by our expert HR consultants, with input from y our company's top team and selected employees
  • Report produced on the key recommendations for change including project plans, projected costs and benefits. The report focuses on recommended changes to the style, content and structure of HR policies and procedures in line with the company's business strategy, vision and values. Policies will include performance management; absence management; management/personal development; training delivery; as well as all HR policies set out in the Staff Handbook. It will include an assessment of benchmark data where relevant, for example in the area of pay and reward
  • Additionally Employment Matters can develop an HR strategy and implementation plan for the company, which supports the delivery of the business plan. The plan will focus on: 1. the prioritisation of HR activity undertaken across the organisation; 2. ensuring the connectivity of the various elements of the HR solution . For example, performance management - 1. creating role clarity and driving relevant behaviour and performance to deliver the business goals; 2. connection to leadership development, succession planning, and the development and reward of individual staff and teams
