What we do HR Benchmarking We have developed an HR audit. The audit consist of two parts. The first part, (which can be self-administered by a trained individual within your organisation, or by one of our consultants) tests your company's legal compliance in line with current legislation. The second part of the audit tests the relevance and effectiveness of your HR solution in the context of your company's vision, strategic goals and cultural norms (internal brand). Consultancy We can be used on a project or consultancy basis, covering a wide range of HR expertise including design and implementation of HR Strategy, Organisational Design, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Reward and Recruitment, as well as the production of Employment Contracts, Employee Handbooks, and Employment policies such as Maternity, Disciplinary and Redundancy. Employment Advice Much of the advice and support required by organisations is sought in response to immediate employee issues. We can provide pragmatic, hands-on support and advice to clients trying to tackle real and immediate employment issues. |
