Step One

 
  • Tests legal compliance only - employment contracts, HR policies and procedures e.g. Absence, Disciplinary, Grievance, Health & Safety, Redundancy, Working Time Regulations, Recruitment, Data Protection, Pensions, Equal Opportunities , Training and Development, etc.
  • Self administered by trained employee within your organisation , or by an Employment Matters consultant
  • Questionnaire – paper based, or computerized dependent on your preference (test takes approximately 3 0 minutes to complete)
  • Report highlighting key issues and HR priorities (produced within 48 hours of receipt of completed questionnaire)
